Refund Policy

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you're not satisfied with your Student Plus subscription, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your first purchase.

How to request a refund

Refunds are processed by our payments provider, Paddle, which is the Merchant of Record for all PRECISIQ purchases. To request a refund:

  1. Visit paddle.net and look up your purchase with the email you paid with, or
  2. Email us at support@PRECISIQ.com from your account address and we'll help arrange it.

After the 30 days

You can cancel any time from the Manage plan link in your account — you keep access until the end of the current billing period, and we do not charge you again.
